We really care about our members and our elite coaching, structured programming, a welcoming community offer serious results. This isn’t your average “big box” gym. You’re getting coached, not left on your own.

What is involved in the Initial Consultation?

This is where we get to know you — properly.

We’ll chat through your training background, any previous injuries, and anything medical we should be aware of before you start training.

From there, we guide you through a mobility assessment to see where you may be hypermobile, tight, or experiencing any current niggles.

We’ll then look at your key foundation movements and make adjustments where needed, so you begin with confidence and safe technique.

Every body is different.

This consultation helps us tailor your training and ensures your coaches are fully informed before your first session, so you’re supported from day one.

Is this suitable for me?

Yes — and we mean that. Every member gets a movement assessment so we know how to coach you. Our programming is progressive and scalable, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

If you have never been to the gym, or are a skilled lifter we have something to support you and progress you.

What’s the difference between Semi Private Training and Strength & Conditioning?

Semi-Private Training
Small groups of up to 6, with highly personalised coaching, regular check-ins, and accountability built in. These sessions are purely strength-focused, with attention to technique and progression. Ideal if you want more support, more precision, and a pace that prioritises quality.

Strength & Conditioning
These sessions start with conventional strength lifts (or variations), followed by structured conditioning pieces designed to build power, endurance, and work capacity. Every part of the session is progressively programmed and fully scalable, so you can train at your level and continue to improve over time.

Do I attend both Semi Private Training & Strength & Conditioning Sessions?

This will look different for everyone, which is why we begin with an Initial Consultation.

Some people will be ready to join all sessions straight away, while others may start in Semi-Private Training to build confidence, strength, or mobility first, then transition into our Strength & Conditioning sessions when they’re ready.

What are the membership options?

How big are the classes?

We cap our classes to make sure you’re coached properly. You’re not just a number — you get seen, corrected, and supported every session.

What if I have an injury?

That’s what sets us apart — we adapt. With movement assessments and rehab-aware programming, you’ll train smart and safe, even in a group environment.

Can I try a session first?

Every body is different, and to make sure it is safe for you to enter your first session, book a call and we will walk you through your options.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires a 4-week notice period for any membership changes or cancellations, unless you’re on a 6-month contract. This allows us to manage scheduling, programming, and member spots fairly while ensuring a smooth transition for everyone.

Am I locked into a contract?

We don’t require lock-in contracts, giving you the flexibility to pause or cancel your membership. For members not on a 6-month plan, a 4-week notice is required for cancellations or changes. This way, you can train on your terms while we keep scheduling and programming running smoothly.

Can I suspend my membership?

Each membership year allows for up to 4 months of suspension, giving you flexibility to take a break when needed. In certain circumstances, extensions may be negotiable, so you can pause your membership while keeping your spot secure for when you’re ready to return.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Ani

I fell in love with group training about 10 years ago which inspired me to leave my corporate career as a National Publicist in the music industry and immerse myself in the positive and fulfilling sphere of health and fitness. I have helped clients achieve a range of personal goals from increasing their strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, weight loss or shifting to a more positive mindset. Above all, being that bright moment of interaction within a person’s day is what makes coaching so rewarding for me.

Being an owner of a gym that really believes in moving people safely, efficiently and progressively in a group setting is truly a dream come true. Drawing on skill sets from both corporate and fitness career paths, this venture is nothing short of thrilling.

We have an extraordinary team that is aligned in ethos and sets us apart from any other group training facility. I am so proud of what we have created and so excited to share it with you!

Outside the gym you will find me adventuring with my husband and two cheeky daughters, reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
